If you’ve ever wanted to shoot at a State level contest, but without the actual stress of competition, then SOPA has an event for you. To promote the sport and encourage participation, SOPA is adding a Multiclass event to the ANSW Short Distance Championships on Saturday July 18. Archers of all ages and abilities will shoot together on an even shorter course at 30m, 20m and 10m for a total of 90 arrows. Participation medals will be awarded to all who take part.
This will be an excellent event for our younger archers, Ozbowers past and present and Intermediate archers who haven’t shot competitively or are returning to the sport. Getting to shoot at 10m is very rare for any target archer, so why not give it a go.
Enter through Assemble, search for SOPA and then choose the 2026 SOPA Short Distance Championships – Multiclass Division. This is listed separately from the ANSW Distance Championship. The cost is $40.00 per archer.
